Chouf Chouf Chebab results from two different trips to Israel/Palestine while collecting football stories for the Mucem Museum in Marseille. Going through the spaces of those non-neutral spaces, guided by young and less young people, photography engages with the complexity of places, of people, of people talking, of people showing, of landscapes marked by stories and history.

This book has been passionately composed by the young Roberto. He did not know the weight of my steps on the soil neither the weight of the camera lifting up or on the side to take its pictures. But he did engage in the archive and responsibly made fragments come on the surface. In a month of furious and passionate work, while world outside was no more driveble nor walkable nor nothing. He made all this new flow: develop, retouch, curate, design, compose, throw off, make the cover, and all that. For the first time in his life.
