After The Deadline

Original track by Phil St. George
Based on pronouncements by Giovanni Ambrosio From: Sibyl Sessions – 2025 | Duration: 4:56
After The Deadline is a music piece composed by Phil St. George as part of the sonic structure of Sibyl Sessions, the third chapter of Alessia Siniscalchi’s mythopolitical trilogy. The track was developed directly from a selection of pronouncements, written by me as part of the series Prophecies and Pronouncements.
These texts—originally conceived as fleeting Instagram stories, then activated on bodies through stamps and performance—were transformed into spoken-word fragments and rhythmic triggers. Phil St. George used them as both score and incantation, blending voice and electronics to produce an atmosphere of pressure, prophecy, and suspended time.
“Deadline is approaching.”
The result is a sonic response that resonates with the visual and textual layering of the performance. After The Deadlinedoes not illustrate the text—it amplifies its tempo, echoes its tone, and renders the feeling of being trapped inside a warning that is no longer abstract.
The piece was first performed live at Académie du Climat, Paris, as part of Sibyl Sessions Remix.
